Lead AI Adoption Without Losing Your Team

Build Your Program

What to Expect

The Human Co. provides a comprehensive, ready-to-deploy AI leadership program designed for organizations seeking to develop confident, capable managers. This six-week plug-in program seamlessly integrates into your existing development strategy, delivering measurable outcomes without requiring extensive internal resources. Perfect for HR leaders and consultants looking to enhance their service offerings and help teams navigate AI adoption with confidence and clarity.

A 6-week cohort program for managers who know AI matters but don't know where to start, or how to bring their teams along.

Each session builds on the last. Week 1, you map your opportunities. Week 2, you build something. Week 3, you test it. By Week 6, you've got a roadmap and the confidence to execute it, not just ideas.

❋ Intentional Structure

Half the value is learning from other managers dealing with the same mess you are. Real problems, honest answers, peer troubleshooting. You'll probably stay in touch with these people after the six weeks.

❋ Collaborative Energy

Run by someone who's spent 20+ years actually doing this work, building learning programs, leading transformation projects, fixing things when they go wrong. Not theory. Just what works.

❋ Expert Facilitation

No one here expects you to have it figured out. Ask the questions you're actually thinking. Admit when something didn't work. Try things and fail. That's how you learn, not by nodding along pretending it all makes sense.

❋ A Supportive Space

AI isn't about doing more work faster. It's about doing better work that actually matters.

You know AI has potential for your role. You've tested it. Maybe you've found a few useful applications.

But you're not using it systematically. You don't have a clear sense of where it genuinely helps versus where it just creates noise. And you haven't figured out how to integrate it into your team's work in a way that feels sustainable, not just another initiative that fades.

This program gives you the framework.

In 6 weeks, you'll go from experimenting occasionally to having built working systems, a team rollout plan, and the confidence to use AI for the high-value work that actually requires your judgement and experience.

The Program

Group of people working on laptops around a wooden table in a cozy room with large windows and a modern chandelier overhead.
  • By the end of this session, you'll have identified 3-5 high-impact AI opportunities specific to your role, scored by feasibility and value.

    What we'll cover:

    • AI fundamentals—what it actually does vs. what the hype claims

    • Why most AI rollouts fail (and how to avoid those mistakes)

    • The readiness diagnostic: Where you and your team actually stand

    • Opportunity mapping workshop: Finding the use cases that matter

What you'll do after: Interview 2-3 team members about their AI awareness and concerns. Refine your use case list. Test one AI tool on a simple task.

  • By the end of this session, you'll have created a working AI assistant for one high-value management task—meeting prep, 1:1s, performance reviews, or team communication.

    What we'll cover:

    • Prompt engineering fundamentals that actually work

    • Live demo: Building a management assistant from scratch

    • Hands-on practice: Creating prompts for your specific use cases

    • Tool landscape: When to use ChatGPT vs. Claude vs. Copilot

What you'll do after: Test your AI assistant on 3 real tasks. Document what works and what doesn't. Bring your best and worst prompts to the next session.

  • By the end of this session, you'll have redesigned one core workflow with AI integrated and a framework for measuring the impact.

    What we'll cover:

    • Show and tell: What worked (and failed) in your experiments

    • Process mapping: Before AI vs. After AI

    • Integration strategy: Where AI fits vs. where it creates friction

    • Simple metrics you can actually track

What you'll do after: Implement your redesigned workflow for one week. Track time saved and quality improvements. Prepare a brief case study for Week 4.

  • By the end of this session, you'll have drafted your team communication plan and designed your first team AI session.

    What we'll cover:

    • Implementation results: What's working across the cohort

    • Understanding resistance: Fear, skill gaps, and workload concerns

    • Building psychological safety for experimentation

    • Creating your team rollout plan

What you'll do after: Deliver your team announcement. Run your first 15-30 minute team AI session. Document reactions and early adopters.

  • By the end of this session, you'll have built practical AI usage guidelines (1-2 pages, not corporate policy theater) and a sustainability plan.

    What we'll cover:

    • Team rollout debrief: What surprised you about their reactions

    • Responsible AI: Bias, accuracy, privacy, attribution

    • Creating guidelines that encourage use, not compliance

    • Preventing AI burnout and building continuous learning

What you'll do after: Draft your team's AI usage guidelines with their input. Identify one "AI champion" on your team to partner with. Start your 30-60-90 day roadmap.

  • By the end of this session, you'll have a complete 30-60-90 day implementation roadmap with success metrics and an accountability partnership.

    What we'll cover:

    • Cohort retrospective: What changed in six weeks

    • Roadmap workshop: 30/60/90 day planning with clear milestones

    • Defining success: What you'll track and when you'll measure

    • Accountability partnerships: Pairing up for ongoing support

What you'll do after: Execute your 30-day quick wins. Check in with your accountability partner. Keep the momentum going.

  • "What I love most is the flexibility. I can go at my own pace, revisit lessons, and keep learning whenever it works for me."

    Chris P

  • "Even as a total beginner, I never felt lost. The step-by-step structure and encouragement along the way made all the difference."

    Sophie M

  • "This has been such a worthwhile investment in myself."
